Bass and Bluegill FWF outing 2025

C.M. Crockett Park is Fauquier’s county’s largest lakeside park offering a wide range of recreational opportunities.  This lake has been known to produce some amazing catches of Blue Gill, Crappie, Large Mouth Bass and other warm water species.  As these fish feed heavily in preparation for spawning.  This will be the most opportune time to have access the largest Bass and Blue Gill in the lake while fishing from the shore.

Fishing Licenses
State license required for all persons age 16 or older who are fishing. Licenses can be purchased at the concession stand.
