Annual Fly Fishing for Shad Fish-with-a-Friend Event
The annual Shad Fish with a Friend event will be held this Thursday April 10th starting around 6:30 AM. We have been fortunate in the past in catching Shad during their annual run and hopefully this year is no different. Please plan to park your car on the street opposite the Fredericksburg Church of Christ where we will meet and head down to the stream. For those arriving later, there will be a path leading down to the dam which you will cross over to Ficklen Island and follow the foot paths leading to the stream.
