In our continued efforts to keep the Rapidan River beautiful and be great stewards of our natural resources, please join Chuck H. and Joe C. for the annual Rapidan River cleanup sponsored by the Rapidan Chapter of Trout Unlimited. We will gather at Criglersville Elementary School in Criglersville, VA, at 9:30 AM to form our plan for the day.

Bring gloves and a trash bag if possible. We will have extras if needed and provide sticks for picking up trash.

Pack a lunch and bring fishing gear for early-season fishing for native brook trout in the Rapidan River. The road up the mountain to the Rapidan River is extremely rough; a four-wheel-drive vehicle with high clearance is highly recommended.

We are seeking at least eight people to help with the cleanup, but everyone is welcome to join.
